Job Summary
Clinical Therapist in Englewood, NJ provides evidence-based counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders; conducts assessments using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria; develops individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans; delivers individual and group counseling; coordinates care with referral sources; participates in multidisciplinary treatment teams; maintains clinical records with proper documentation; responds to crises and upholds confidentiality and ethical standards; requires trauma-informed, culturally competent approach and NJ licensure encouragement (CADC preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a health-related field.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience working with detoxing and substance abuse clients in a residential setting.
