Job Summary
Provide guidance, insight, and training on the da Vinci® Surgical System to surgical teams and lead all technical in-services for OR staff and surgeons. Contribute to quarterly sales goals by influencing customer behavior change through product demonstrations, OR selling activities, and customer support trainings. Support regional sales and marketing development events to maximize installed system utilization and drive procedure adoption. Manage administrative tasks including sales/procedure reporting, expense submissions, and ISU online modules. Act as a Medical Device Consultant after appropriate training to ensure proper handling of medical devices. This developmental role progresses from technical and clinical focus in year one to sales focus in year two. Requires high commitment, up to 70% travel, and fluency in English and local language.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience
- Fluent in English and local language as required
- Ambition and strong work ethic
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to travel up to 70%
