Job Summary
Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management. Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons. Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team quotas. Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining in preparation for a quota-bearing role. Manage administrative tasks including reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports. Requires a bachelor's degree, minimum one year of leadership or outside sales experience, and ability to travel up to 25% while working nights and weekends as needed. This 24+ month developmental role prepares candidates for a future quota-bearing position within Intuitive's robotic-assisted surgery business.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1-year leadership (military) experience
