Job Summary
Orchestrate high-level pre-sale presentations and field demonstrations of ultrasound systems for Direct Sales Managers, providing in-depth product knowledge and clinical application support. Communicate effectively with management, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure quality customer service and team output. Provide clinical training for North American sales representatives, plan and execute field installations, and support post-sale customer installations and clinical follow-ups. Complete field demonstration and installation reports timely, support national and regional trade shows, and assist R&D efforts as required. Collaborate with Technical Support to maintain customer satisfaction. Requires 5 years of clinical sonographer experience, RDMS certification, and up to 80% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of clinical experience working as a sonographer
- RDMS
- Must possess the ability to delegate appropriately

- Uncrating and assembly of equipment up to 50% of time
