Job Summary
Administer conventional and SAINT TMS protocols while monitoring and documenting patient responses in the EHR. Prepare treatment rooms, calibrate equipment, and greet patients as the first point of contact for scheduling and check-ins. Assist with setup, observation, and documentation during Esketamine treatments, ensuring patient safety throughout recovery. Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and research teams to ensure quality and compliance, participating in data collection and clinical research activities as directed. Work onsite in Laguna Hills, CA, with an hourly rate of $24–$25.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
