Job Summary
Clinical Technician on the Med/Surg and Telemetry unit providing patient care under RN supervision, including vitals, assisting with activities of daily living, patient transfers, and monitoring with external devices; supports routine care to cardiac patients and contributes to a clean, healing environment. Requires post-hire completion of internal training within two weeks; minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification; preferred qualifications include 1 year of recent patient care experience, nursing student clinical rotations, or related military medical service experience. Work schedule is days, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross upon or within new hire period
