Job Summary
Perform direct patient care and activities of daily living under RN supervision, while observing patient status changes and maintaining a clean environment. Transport patients and assist with routine duties as an active member of the health care team. Requires BLS certification, six months of clinical experience or equivalent program enrollment, and six education hours related to the current role. Schedule is part-time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Equivalent experience
- Six months of experience as a Clinical Technician I or equivalent clinical experience as defined in the CORE skills for Clinical Technician II, completion or enrollment in Clinical Technician II program or equivalent, or student nurses who have successfully completed the medical/surgical clinical experiences and didactic
- BLS certification
- Minimum of six education hours related to current role
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
