Job Summary
Clinical Team Member to support orthopedic care across multiple locations in Virginia. Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, interviewing patients, recording medical history, patient education on cast/traction care and orthopedic appliances, inputting physician orders (x-ray, therapy), scheduling follow-ups and pre/post-operative coordination, assisting with patient flow and direct patient care, maintaining sterile and organized treatment areas, disposal of biohazard materials, and triaging phone calls. Skills emphasize excellent customer service, solid organizational abilities, capability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, and comfort with a range of duties from clerical to direct patient care.
