Job Summary
Clinical Team Manager (CTM) leading operational and quality management for oncology clinical trials. Responsible for delivering final clinical deliverables within contract timeframes, developing and implementing monitoring plans and trial master file documents, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance across studies of low to moderate complexity. Must drive timelines, resource planning, and budgeting while mentoring team members, preparing for client meetings, and maintaining data quality and study documentation. Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines, and trial logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or related field
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities including ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines, budgeting, forecasting, and problem solving
Desired Qualifications
