Job Summary
Provide individual clinical supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring services are delivered to clients on their caseloads. Deliver prompt intervention during crises to stop the situation and notify necessary agencies. Facilitate at least one group session per week and assist members in Mental Health Court. Monitor staff productivity, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and adherence to agency standards. Complete assigned paperwork promptly and facilitate team staff meetings. Offer on-the-spot counseling consistent with program philosophy while insuring the safety and well-being of members. Support other staff as needed and assist the Program Director with training needs. Coordinate work hours and time management with the Program Director. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Compensation: $36.00 - $38.20 an hour.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Two (2) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services
- Minimum of one (1) year's supervisory/management experience
- California driver's license
- Current vehicle insurance/registration
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old
- License eligibility/registration with BBS or CA Board of Psychology
- Monday to Friday schedule
- $36.00 - $38.20 an hour compensation
Desired Qualifications
- Full licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC verified with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Varied experience as a provider of mental health services
