Clinical Team Leader - Interventional Radiology

Direct and supervise assigned team members while rendering highly professional, technical nursing care to patients using the nursing process. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide age-appropriate care in accordance with unit standards, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment and actively seek ways to improve the patient experience. Take initiative for professional growth and remain engaged in building a winning team. This role requires a BSN-preferred RN with at least six months of experience, current Texas licensure, and BLS certification.
