Job Summary
Direct and supervise assigned team members while providing direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Maintain clear communication, build collaborative relationships, and take initiative for professional growth within the Magnet®-designated hospital. Work Monday through Friday with on-call requirements in a full-service acute care setting serving Dallas and Collin counties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Current additional certifications as required by department
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
- Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience
- Monday through Friday
- On-call required
- 10X4 Day (United States of America)
