Job Summary
Provide individual clinical supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring services are delivered to clients on their caseloads. Deliver prompt crisis intervention to stop incidents and notify necessary agencies for resolution. Facilitate at least one group session per week and lead team staff meetings. Monitor supervisee productivity to ensure timely paperwork completion and adherence to agency standards. Assist members in Mental Health Court and support the Program Director with training needs and program development. Maintain safety, health, and well-being of all program members while managing work hours and time coordination. Complete assigned paperwork promptly and provide on-the-spot counseling consistent with program philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Four (4) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services
- Minimum of two (2) years' supervisory/management experience
- California driver's license
- Current vehicle insurance/registration
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection
- License eligibility/registration with BBS or CA Board of Psychology
