Job Summary
The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for clinical and performance supervision of direct service staff, ensuring the delivery of mental health services. Candidates must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field, two years of mental health service experience, and supervisory experience. Key qualifications include registration with the BBS and a valid California driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Two years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services
- One year of supervisory/management experience
Additional Requirements
- California driver’s license & current vehicle insurance/registration
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old
- License eligibility/registration with BBS or CA Board of Psychology
