Job Summary
Clinical Team Leader role overseeing clinical and operational leadership within ENDS NDIS SIL houses and related community supports. Lead and supervise Support Workers, ensure safe medication management, infection control, care planning, and regulatory compliance (NDIS Practice Standards, WHS). Manage house operations, rostering, stock, and incident reporting; coordinate clinical appointments and medication updates with participants, families, GPS, and pharmacies. Requires RN with AHPRA registration, 5+ years of paid nursing experience, First Aid/CPR, police clearance, NDIS worker screening, and a valid WA driver’s licence. Offers flexible work arrangements, salary AU$100k–$105k per annum plus super, novated lease, and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
- Minimum 5 years of paid RN experience
- Current First Aid & CPR
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (as required)
- Evidence of required vaccinations
- Ability to provide two professional references
- Experience supervising or leading support teams
- Experience in NDIS, disability, SIL or community-based services
- Confidence using systems such as ShiftCare, QUASR, Employment Hero, SharePoint or MS Office
