Job Summary
The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for clinical and performance supervision of direct service staff while assisting the Program Director with program development. Key responsibilities include providing individual clinical supervision, crisis intervention, group session facilitation, and monitoring staff productivity. The role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and valid BBS registration with a minimum of two years’ mental health service experience and one year in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Two (2) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services
- Minimum of one (1) year supervisory/management experience
- California driver’s license & current vehicle insurance/registration
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old
- License eligibility/registration with BBS or CA Board of Psychology
Desired Qualifications
- Full Licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC verified with BBS
- Varied experience as a provider of mental health services
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to provide prompt intervention in crisis situations
- Must facilitate at least one group session per week
