Job Summary
Lead and support a team of mental health and substance use treatment professionals through coaching, training, and day-to-day guidance. Provide individual and group clinical supervision, case consultation, and administrative oversight while delivering direct client care including therapy, rehabilitative services, and crisis de-escalation. Assess client needs to guide effective care plans and coordinate with families, schools, courts, and community agencies to promote stability and recovery. Complete clear, timely documentation meeting clinical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with site and program leaders to strengthen team operations and respond to emerging treatment needs. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 7AM to 5:30PM at the Longview campus in Larimer County.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field
- Two or more years of post-graduate experience in behavioral health and/or substance use services
- Current Colorado professional license in an appropriate discipline, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LAC
- At least three years or 3,000 hours of licensed clinical experience
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision under applicable state regulations and SummitStone policy
- Valid Colorado driver's license, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire, for roles that require driving
- Must maintain a clean driving record
- Some roles may include occasional travel to client homes, partner agencies, or community locations and may require safe transportation of clients
