Job Summary
Oversee delivery of consumer support services for an assigned location by supervising staff, coaching personnel, and managing hiring and scheduling. Conduct assessments including diagnostic evaluations and risk determinations, then interpret findings to recommend treatment goals and rehabilitation activities. Provide direct counseling services through individual and group sessions while preventing crises before escalation. Assist the Clinical Director with admissions and discharges, organize weekly staff meetings, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and CARF accreditation requirements. Maintain rigorous documentation and report significant incidents for investigations. Requires a Master's degree, licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or equivalent, and 4,000 hours of verifiable experience. Salary is $71,000-$73,000.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field
- Minimum of 4,000 hours (post BA) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental illness
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
- Licensure as a Licensed independent Clinical Social Worker or a licensed Psychologist, LPCC, or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Valid driver's license

- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work responsibly with high confidential information
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Travel as needed
- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly
