Job Summary
The Clinical Team Lead serves as the expert resource for clinical staff related to patient care and processes, functioning alongside the Operations Manager and stepping in during their absence to oversee clinical operations. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing needs, ensuring efficient clinic operations, maintaining drug inventory, performing clinical duties, assisting with audits and reports, mentoring new staff, and resolving patient concerns. Candidates must possess RN licensure, oncology experience, and specific certifications, demonstrating effective communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years oncology experience or at least one year’s experience as an RN at Tennessee Oncology
- ONS Chemotherapy – Immunotherapy certification required at the time of or within 3 months of hire
- Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) required at the time of hire or within six months of hire
- AHA or ARC BLS certification required at the time of hire or within 3 months of hire

- Strong organizational and communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing and able to travel to all Tennessee Oncology clinics if needed
