Job Summary
This position is responsible for clinical and performance supervision of direct service staff within the program, focusing on team management and ensuring the delivery of quality mental health services. Key responsibilities include providing individual clinical supervision, crisis intervention, facilitating group sessions, monitoring staff productivity, supporting staff training needs, and assisting program development along with the Program Director. Candidates must have a master's degree in a relevant field and valid BBS registration, with an emphasis on leadership and management in mental health settings.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Two years of experience as a provider of mental health services
- One year of supervisory/management experience
Additional Requirements
- California driver’s license & current vehicle insurance/registration
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old
- Licensure/registration eligibility with BBS or CA Board of Psychology
