• •LPN license by the state in which employed
• •Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
• •2-5 years' experience in a medical office
• •CPR certified
• •Excellent communication skills

• •Ability to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned

• •Ability to follow up with the patient and Provider and document in the EMR system
• •Ability to perform medication refills as necessary
• •Ability to work multiple provider's task lists as needed
• •Ability to greet patients with compassion and a friendly manner
• •Ability to display excellent customer service skills with internal customers and patients
• •Ability to use patient first values in assisting patients with needs
• •Ability to assist with patient care as directed
• •Ability to communicate all office issues with the Nurse Manager and Regional Operations Manager
• •Ability to maintain clinical area to meet site visit standards
• •Ability to follow policies and procedures set by Holston Medical Group
• •Ability to mail normal labs to patients and call patients with abnormal labs
• •Ability to float to other offices as needed to fill in gaps/cover office lunch rotation
• •Ability to attend nurse meetings and other educational opportunities
• •Ability to identify the needs of the patients
• •Ability to implement methodology as directed to improve both patient clinical experience and care
• •Ability to respond to calls/tasks to support, advise, and consult patients by phone
