Clinical Talent Partner (3 Months FTC)

Job Summary
Talent Partner to build and manage pipelines for clinical healthcare professionals (Optometrists, Theatre Nurses, Ward Nurses, HCTs) on a 3-month contract. Responsibilities include market mapping to identify available clinical talent, advertising roles across job boards and professional networks, proactive candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and NHS networks, screening against clinical and compliance requirements (including GOC/NMC registration and right-to-work checks), building a live availability pipeline with tracking by role/region/notice period, developing talent pools to support ongoing hiring, and providing weekly pipeline reporting with gap analyses by site and role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals such as Optometrists, Optometry Healthcare Technicians (HCTs), Theatre Lead Nurses, Theatre Scrub Nurses, Ward Nurses, Healthcare Technicians (HCT)
- Familiarity with GOC or NMC registration requirements
- Ability to screen candidates against clinical and compliance requirements
- Experience building and managing talent pipelines for healthcare roles
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, healthcare-specific job boards) and direct headhunting
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple locations/sites
- Comfort with fast-paced contract environments and delivery targets
