Job Summary
Clinical TA Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment of clinical roles across LATAM (Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil) with a focus on Mexico City. Develop and post targeted job descriptions, source through Boolean search and social networks, screen and interview candidates using competency-based methods, coordinate offers, and manage candidate experience. Build pipelines via career fairs and university partnerships; contribute to talent branding and DE&I compliance; act as an advisor on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and interview practices. Supports a hybrid work model (two office days per month) and ensures alignment with global/local hiring policies and ATS usage. Strong collaboration with HR/Compensation and hiring managers to drive effective talent acquisition across multiple countries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/HR
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Spanish oral skills valued (not mandatory)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS tools (Workday or similar)
