Job Summary
Provide EHR optimization, training, and user support for AthenaHealth AthenaOne; manage user lifecycle, permissions, and go-lives; develop training materials and deliver sessions; coordinate with clinical, product, and IT teams; monitor Slack channels and ticketing; participate in system upgrades and project initiatives; ensure documentation tooling customization (document accelerators, encounter plans, order sets, text macros) and use EHR usage analytics to guide optimization and training needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience & Education: Bachelorās degree in healthcare or related field preferred
- Highly proficient in AthenaOne EHR system, reporting, and optimization tools
- Demonstrated experience delivering training across clinical departments and roles
