Hybrid schedule based at the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters with compensation in the 68k–78k range plus bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, health informatics, information systems, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical support, health IT, or a systems-related role
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a natural curiosity for learning new systems
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with EHR systems or healthcare technology platforms preferred
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, care coordination models, or collaborative care environments a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and technical teams
- Self-starter mentality—takes initiative, follows through without heavy oversight, and thrives in ambiguity
- Comfortable operating in a growth-stage organization where adaptability and resourcefulness are essential
