Clinical Systems & Information Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate administration, governance, and optimization of the Communicare clinical information system; ensure data integrity, auditing, and reporting; manage Release of Information (ROI) requests; provide helpdesk support and user guidance to clinical staff; deliver training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to staff on system use; support system improvements and workflow enhancements; maintain accurate patient data and contribute to reporting; collaborate with clinicians, system vendors, and other stakeholders; participate in projects and travel to remote communities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering or supporting Communicare systems
- Strong background in health data management, reporting, and data integrity
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to train and support staff, building capability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment, with respect for Aboriginal culture.
