Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to identify and resolve issues across system development phases, including assessment, design, build, testing, training, and implementation. Provide ongoing support for clinical application systems while mentoring junior analysts and directing the work of other staff or contractors. Lead committees and projects, applying project management methodologies to deliver results. Maintain Epic certification within six months of employment and possess five years of experience with Epic Hyperspace applications and clinical systems. Full-time role with a competitive salary range of $107,431 to $161,147 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field OR a combination of education/experience that demonstrates technical competence
- Minimum of five (5) years with experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and systems
- Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies
- Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities
- Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline
- Epic Certification required (Epic certification is required within 6 months of employment, including 2 test retakes)
- At least five (5) years work experience with Epic Hyperspace applications
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Epic Ambulatory certification
- Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine
