Clinical Support Technician *Various Shifts Available*

Clinical Support Technician needed to support the clinical staff in Quadrant Health Group’s outpatient PHP/IOP setting in West Windsor, NJ. Responsibilities include maintaining client wellbeing, supervision of clients, documenting in EMR, conducting urine analysis, observing self-administration of medication, completing intake assessments, performing patient rounds and vital signs, conducting contraband/room searches, facilitating groups and transport of clients, providing crisis intervention, ensuring confidentiality, and collaborating with the treatment team. Required skills include knowledge of medical terminology, strong communication, EHR proficiency (KIPU), attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must hold High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR and First Aid certifications, and pass pre-employment screenings.
