Job Summary
Clinical Support Technician provides client supervision and support to the clinical team in a residential treatment setting; responsibilities include documenting client behavior in the EMR, collecting and supervising urine analysis, observing medication administration, completing intake assessments, conducting patient rounds every 30 minutes, documenting vital signs, performing contraband searches, facilitating groups and transporting clients, and ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards to support clients' therapeutic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid certification as a SUDRC (Substance Use Disorder Registered Counselor) or RADTI (Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Pre-Employment Requirements including criminal background clearance, drug testing, and health screening
