Job Summary
Facilitate groups, assist with client check-ins, and support clients in practicing emotion regulation skills within the Partial Care and IOP Program teams. Prepare and supply group rooms, maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all spaces, and attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed. Engage in positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff while ensuring comfort with ages 12-18. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. This part-time role offers flexible availability Monday through Friday with morning and evening hours, operating from 8:30am to 7:00pm, at a rate of $22.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field
- Experience working with adolescents, teens ages 12 - 17 yrs. old
- Experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting
- Team player with a growth mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a state background check
- Microsoft Suite & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
