Job Summary
Facilitate care visits for patients by offering behavioral health education, preparing telehealth rooms and equipment, and accessing facility EMR data. Complete Behavioral Health Integration cases by gathering patient medical record information and entering it into the company system. Act as a liaison between clinicians and facility staff while maintaining proper handling and cleaning of MTC Care equipment. Provide technical support for visits and assist clinicians in recording relevant data into the EHR system to ensure visits run smoothly. This onsite/remote hybrid role requires flexibility for up to five days per week, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to one hour. Candidates must maintain full confidentiality with HIPAA and PHI compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel up to 1 hour in any direction from home office to cover clinics when needed
- Ability to stand, walk, see, speak, hear – both in person and remotely
- Ability to use hands, fingers to type or use manual equipment
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to regularly stoop, bend, crouch
- Close-up corrected vision
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs. without restrictions
- Ability to remain sedentary for long periods of time while working on administrative tasks
- Basic working knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in the use of online healthcare tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to maintain full confidentiality and compliance with sensitive medical information, including but not limited to HIPAA protected information and PHI

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year in a healthcare setting
- Medical Assistant or CNA certification
