Job Summary
Partner with distributor representatives to strengthen relationships and expand product presence through joint calls and field support activities. Provide structured training to veterinary teams, deliver educational presentations, and offer case support and procedural guidance to increase product utilization in key accounts. Share field insights and customer feedback with sales and marketing teams while representing iM3 at trade shows and industry events to support marketing initiatives through clinical expertise. This field-based role requires at least 50% travel and demonstrates strong knowledge of veterinary dental procedures and workflow.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of veterinary dentistry, animal health, or related clinical experience
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Strong knowledge of veterinary dental procedures and workflow
- Ability to translate clinical features into practical value
- Experience supporting distributor or channel-based sales models
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in field-based environments
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
- Continually required to sit
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Continually required to talk or hear
- Continually required to use visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
- Occasionally required to lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS – Dentistry) preferred
- Demonstrated experience presenting in clinical environments
