Job Summary
Full/part-time Clinical Support staff (PRN schedule) in Cathedral City, CA, on-site. Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews, completing baseline clinical assessments (biopsychosocial), conducting groups, assisting Therapist and Case Manager, completing timely clinical documentation, covering client caseload in the absence of primary Therapists, assisting with familial communication/documentation, managing client outside stressors, and maintaining records per program and licensing standards. CPR training provided; opportunities for continuing education credits; competitive benefits for full-time staff and weekly pay. Compensation is $28-$31 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field
- Active California APCC, ACSW, or AMFT
- CADC or SUDDC
- Experience in behavioral/mental health treatment
- Proficiency in group facilitation
- Crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations
