CLINICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE- Per Diem

Provide clinical support in a residential setting to create a safe, trauma-informed environment; assist with treatment planning, crisis intervention, family/group facilitation, and coordination of resident activities and documentation. Supports clinical staff with intake/orientation, co-facilitation of groups, case management tasks, urine screenings as needed, medication observation per protocol, and adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards. Requires collaborating with the clinical team to monitor and support residents’ treatment plans, documenting notes, and contributing to a positive, supportive care environment.
