Job Summary
Conduct clinical support and intervention in the residential setting, providing crisis management, conflict resolution, and medication monitoring. Facilitate treatment planning, behavioral management, and psychoeducation groups while ensuring trauma-informed care and safety protocols. Coordinate family visits, conduct room searches, and perform urine toxicology screens. Document client observations, shift notes, incident reports, and group activities in electronic databases. Carry out emergency procedures and report clinical concerns to the clinical team. Participate in agency meetings, training, and professional development to maintain competencies in substance use disorder and mental health services.

Desired Qualifications
