Job Summary
Conduct crisis intervention and conflict management for residents in the residential setting while providing clinical support and therapeutic oversight. Facilitate family groups, coordinate visits, and assist with substance use disorder assessments and treatment planning implementation. Monitor medication administration, perform urine toxicology screens, and conduct room searches to ensure safety. Deliver psychoeducation groups utilizing evidence-based practices for relapse prevention and symptom management. Document all observations, incident reports, and shift notes in electronic client records and participate in agency meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field
- CASAC-T or CASAC
- Valid and clean NYS Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with substance use disorder clients and/or mental health services
- Bilingual in Spanish
