Clinical Support Assistant

Conduct direct and indirect patient care support for physicians, optometrists, and licensed personnel by answering phones, cleaning clinical areas, and preparing patients for exams. Interview patients to determine chief complaints and medical history, then take vital signs, document results, and organize medical information. Perform supervised procedures including blood draws, suture removal, vision screenings, and medication administration. Schedule appointments effectively and efficiently while adhering to clinic policies, OSHA standards, and the Code of Conduct. Maintain HIPAA privacy compliance throughout all duties.
