Job Summary
Clinical Support Assistant in Neurology located in Ephrata, PA. Works as a member of the patient care delivery team, handling technical, multi-skilled direct and indirect patient care activities with strong interpersonal and customer service skills to promote a caring and healing environment. Typical schedule is 40 hours per week, 7:30 am–5:00 pm, Day shift. The role involves significant interaction with clinical and clerical staff, physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, patients, and families, supporting the neurology department in a hospital/clinic setting.
