Job Summary
Manage drug supply activities for clinical trials, including planning, label development, pack design, and distribution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align supply plans with study timelines and develop risk mitigation strategies. Create production schedules for clinical trial materials, monitor adherence, and coordinate bulk shipments to vendors and depots. Ensure label text complies with regulations and study protocols while supporting IRT user acceptance testing and system supply activities. Participate in process improvement teams to build organizational efficiency and minimize waste.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine/science related, or supply chain/management/operation related, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2+ years progressive experience in Supply Chain preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and effective time management skills
- Good problem-solving and risk management skills
- Good at Microsoft Office Tools
