Job Summary
Clinical Supply Chain Senior Associate – LSP Management role focused on overseeing clinical logistics providers for investigational product distribution. Responsibilities include managing quality records for LSPs, supporting audits and findings resolution, processing financials (invoices, purchase orders, accruals, budget reporting), and coordinating shipping lane operations. Must demonstrate experience in clinical supply chain or pharmaceutical operations, familiarity with GxP/regulatory requirements, ERP/SAP proficiency, and strong stakeholder management in a regulated environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure compliant, right-first-time performance and ongoing governance of LSP activities. The role involves collaboration with globally located peers and cross-functional partners to align on compliance requirements and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent
- 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
- Experience in regulated manufacturing or life sciences preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (prefer SAP)
- Understanding of GxP and clinical regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to oversee quality records, audits, and financial data in a regulated setting
