Job Summary
Set up master data for clinical study distribution and manage inventory, including administrative receiving and repackaging. Process daily clinical orders in SAP systems, create logistical documents, and track shipments to customers. Maintain process flows in Power Automate and dashboards in PowerBI while supporting the full Clinical Distribution Team. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure standardized, efficient operations using lean processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or bachelor diploma in a scientific or economic direction
- Knowledge of clinical studies
- Awareness of quality and understanding of regulations (Quality/GMP)
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
- Ability to work with various SAP systems
- Self-directed, accurate, and flexible
- Strong organizational ability
- High degree of accuracy in tasks requiring strict follow-up
- Broad applicability across various administrative logistical tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and coordination of clinical studies and projects
- Knowledge of various PowerApps (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
- Customer-friendly and solution-oriented
