Job Summary
Clinical Supplies Specialist (Packaging & Labeling) at ICON will design and analyze clinical trials-related packaging and labeling activities, oversee planning, forecasting, and procurement of clinical trial materials, ensure regulatory compliance for clinical supplies management, manage vendor/CMO relationships, and provide expertise on logistics and distribution. The role requires experience in clinical supplies management, strong GMP/GCP knowledge, excellent organization, and teamwork to deliver high-standard clinical supplies and logistics support across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in clinical supplies management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of GMP/GCP regulations and guidelines
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
