Job Summary
Clinical Supplies Specialist (Packaging) at ICON builds and analyzes clinical trial materials and oversees end-to-end clinical supplies logistics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and procure trial materials, ensure GMP/GCP regulatory compliance, manage vendor/CMO relationships, and provide guidance on distribution processes. The role requires delivering supplies with strong organization and problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, with emphasis on regulatory standards and effective collaboration across stakeholders to support clinical trials in a United States-based site (Raleigh, NC).
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in clinical supplies management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of GMP/GCP regulations and guidelines
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
