Job Summary
Clinical Supplies Specialist (Packaging and Labelling) at ICON will design and analyze clinical trial materials, deliver clinical supplies and logistics to a high standard, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for clinical supplies management, oversee planning, forecasting, and procurement of trial materials, ensure regulatory compliance with GMP/GCP, manage relationships with vendors/CMOs, and provide guidance on distribution processes; requires GMP/GCP knowledge, strong organization, and experience in clinical supplies management in pharma/biotech.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in clinical supplies management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of GMP/GCP regulations and guidelines
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
