Job Summary

Source and evaluate vendors for clinical, medical, and operational supplies, comparing quotes on pricing, quality, and lead times. Negotiate pricing and agreements while creating and managing purchase orders from request through vendor confirmation. Track open orders, resolve delays and shortages, and maintain accurate vendor files and contracts. Review inventory reports to forecast demand, partner with warehouse operations on reorder points, and recommend purchasing adjustments. Maintain procurement workflows and documentation in Airtable, generate dashboards on supply spend and cycle time, and standardize processes as the organization grows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical supply operations
