Clinical Supervisor - Wound Care

Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care by appropriately staffing units and managing patient flow and bed management issues with the Staffing Office. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to communicate and improve processes across the continuum while holding direct and indirect care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and policy adherence. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to enable change among direct patient care staff through servant leadership, public and private recognition, and personal connection. Engage in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager as directed. Maintain current RN licensure with 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience and required certifications including ACLS, ENPC, or PALS.
