Clinical Supervisor - Wound Care

Assure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care and ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to communicate and improve processes across the continuum while ensuring units are appropriately staffed for patient care. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office. Challenge current processes by providing support, mentorship, and guidance to direct patient care providers, holding them accountable for adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. Evaluate personnel performance in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
