Job Summary
Provide remote clinical supervision to healthcare providers, including counselors, therapists, and social workers, through video conferencing and other virtual platforms. Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to review cases, assess clinical skills, and offer guidance on treatment approaches. Monitor supervisee performance and progress, providing constructive feedback while collaborating to develop personalized professional goals and continuing education plans. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and organizational policies, and assist in resolving clinical and ethical dilemmas. Maintain accurate and confidential records of supervision sessions and case consultations. Stay current with mental health counseling developments to contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. This role offers flexible work schedules and access to ongoing training for qualified mental health professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with clinical supervision endorsement
