Clinical Supervisor (WG)

Clinical Supervisor needed at Willow Grove location to provide clinical and administrative leadership to Counselors and Continuing Care Coordinators, ensure safety and well-being of the patient community, and support day-to-day clinical operations aligned with multidisciplinary treatment plan goals. Collaborates with Clinical Services, Admissions, Nursing, and other departments to promote coordinated, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include on-shift coordination among clinical staff, staffing and scheduling across shifts, reviewing timecards, participating in HR processes, ensuring admissions quality and safety, coordinating with disciplines, leading patient-centered activities, responding to emergencies, communicating clinical documentation expectations to staff (ASAM criteria), facilitating supervision and training of staff and interns, onboarding new counselors, and providing shift coverage as needed.
