Clinical Supervisor (WG)

Clinical Supervisor coordinates and provides clinical and administrative leadership for Counselors and Continuing Care Coordinators at the Willow Grove location. The role supports continuity of care across clinical, nursing, and medical staff, develops staffing schedules, oversees performance-improvement activities, reviews admissions and timecards, assists HR processes, ensures ASAM-compliant documentation, and facilitates supervision, onboarding, and training. Responsibilities include directing daily clinical operations, coordinating with multiple departments to promote patient-centered care, conducting group activities and individual interactions, and responding to clinical needs and emergencies. Requires a Master's degree with PA licensure and at least three years of clinical addiction-treatment experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Based in Willow Grove, PA, with travel to Malvern sites as needed.
